Hi, I’m Christina

I’m a strategist, entrepreneur, speaker and advisor who helps people turn what they know into something that matters.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of communication, leadership, business and influence — helping leaders, organizations and entrepreneurs find clarity, communicate with confidence and move important ideas forward.

I’ve built businesses, created educational programs and intellectual property, facilitated complex conversations, coached entrepreneurs and leaders, and spoken to audiences across the country.

And I've learned that the most meaningful work isn't simply about having the right strategy.

It's about helping people see what's possible — and giving them the confidence and tools to go build it.

A Career Built Around Moving Others Forward

I started my career in communications and eventually built my own strategic communications business, working with leaders and organizations across agriculture, food and business.

Over the years, that work has taken me into boardrooms, classrooms, conference stages and strategy rooms.

I've helped organizations define their stories and sharpen their strategies. I've helped entrepreneurs find their voice and communicate their expertise. I’ve helped leaders influence in the rooms and cities they’ve wanted to make impact in. I've created courses and frameworks. I've facilitated conversations where the difficult was had and yet, productive solutions were always found.

The common thread has always been people.

Helping someone see a problem differently.
Helping a leader find the words.
Helping a team have the conversation they need to have.
Helping an entrepreneur trust the idea they've been sitting on and act on it.
Helping someone realize they're capable of more than they thought.

That's the work I love.

What I Believe

People are capable of far more than they often give themselves credit for.

Confidence can be built.

Hard (strategic) work is a unique selling proposition.

Critical thinking is a competitive advantage.

Your voice is one of your most powerful tools — and assets.

Ambition and a well-lived life don't have to be opposites.

The best leaders stay curious.

There is no permission required, other than yours.

Growth is always possible.

Nothing will replace human connection. Nothing.

What I Want Others to Feel

More capable. More courageous. More certain that there is a way forward.

I want people to leave a conversation with me feeling clearer than when they arrived.

A little braver.

More connected to what you know, what you want and what you know deep down you’re capable of.

I want you to feel seen without being defined, challenged without being diminished, and supported without being rescued.

I want you to feel permission to think bigger. To ask better questions. To use your voice. To amplify your expertise to the masses. To take yourself that seriously.

And, above all, I want you to walk away thinking: Maybe I actually can. And I will.

“Giving is Living.”

TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE

It’s a belief I keep coming back to and strive to live out after reading this quote in the best-selling book, Tuesdays with Morrie.

I believe the things we learn become more valuable when we share them. That success means more when it creates opportunity for other people. And that our work can be both ambitious and generous.

What I Want my Work to Do

Help people see what’s possible — and give them the clarity, confidence and tools to go build it.

Whether I’m speaking to a room, working one-on-one, facilitating a conversation, teaching a course or building something new, I want my work to create movement. I help people:

See more clearly: Cut through the noise and understand what actually matters.

Think more boldly: Challenge the assumptions, expectations and limitations that have started to feel like facts.

Trust themselves more deeply: Build the confidence to make decisions, use their voice and act on what they know.

Communicate more powerfully: Turn ideas into words that connect, influence and move people.

Build more intentionally: Create businesses, careers, leadership and lives that actually reflect what matters to them.

I want you to leave my work with more clarity, more confidence and more capacity to think, decide, communicate and take action.

Because that’s what I do with you.

MORE THAN A TITLE

Connector, Storyteller, Strategist, Community Leader, Business Coach, Entrepreneur, Mother.

I've spent my career moving between strategy, communication, business and leadership — working with political leaders, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, authors, industry leaders, small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Different people. Different problems. Different rooms.

But the work has always come back to the same thing: helping people see what's possible and giving them the tools to move toward it.
